Luck...supposedly "a sub-mystical energy that dances around the universe bestowing people with satisfaction & enjoy."  I've never encountered that.  I'd like to thank EVERYONE that has complemented, critiqued, loved, hated, the 9 songs that I've released thus far.  I'm ecstatic & just shocked that people are listening & downloading my music.  I hope we fan this flame.  I love all of you &...drink good! I'm focused.  But I'm caught in the euphoria at the same time.  I truly believe I can accomplish ANYTHiNG I want to.  All this hype may not feel the same next year.  I know it won't.  Because the feeling is nowhere near as beautiful as it's gonna get. I feel like I'm on tour. Yea, this hurts but...I'm strong.  I'm rolling on 6+ hours of sleep over the past 48 hours. But it's self inflicted & I'm getting things done.  Hard work pays.  As distorted as my mind is right now, I still believe that is one of the simplest concepts to grasp that nobody strives to SERiOUSLY touch until it's mandatory.  Drake said it best: "This is draining.  It's to the point that every time you do get sleep, you're only catching up to exhausted." I usually don't do this.  I may be early & late for The Weeknd but for the remainder of the summer, all I know is 1SL, OVO, & XO.  Just something I suggest.  This isn't your average "fall in love" tape either, but something incredibly confusing yet pleasurable.  My prognosis: You'll know one of his songs/verses/hooks by heart very soon.  I give it 3-4 months. Morning people.  Up early again to begin chasing this dream before the others get up & running after mine.  I just want everyone to have a productive day.  Especially if you're young, these are the times that we should be working to accomplish WHATEVER.  This is the difference between those who are average & those who really gain.  The one who gains does everything the average man does, and a little bit more.  When you grasp that concept, you have something special.  Sleep isn't a requirement.  Not saying that I don't, but I know what's more important.  & yea I went to sleep at 2 (accidentally) just like you. So, this is THE MOST unproductive day I've had in a while.  I even woke up at 10:30...smh.  Though it's been a bachelors dream...TMi.  But that's not what I'm into at this point in life.  But, yea since I'm slacking today musically, I went in the vault & pulled something I like out.  Just a long ass verse to prove that I'm better.  You don't have to say I'm right, I'm just writing better. Yesterday I decided to take the drapes off of my window & begin sleeping with the blinds open.  Even though I wake up earlier than the average 21 year old, I'm just making sure that excessive sleep is merely impossible.  Anyway, I actually wanted to post this today: talent is natural.  I'm not too talented.  But my work ethic is rather unorthodox. "If you ain't got it you ain't got it the theory is brilliant."

As you may know, I'm an early bird. Quinn (my roommate) with the help of someone else makes sure that I'm up by 5:30-5:45am every morning no matter how late I make it to bed. Usually I wake up, have an iced coffee, & begin my writing/recording process. Today i decided that I'll watch Drake: Better Than Good Enough for the umphteenth time.  I used to watch this everyday last summer.  But yea, so I searched it on YouTube...& ran across this old Aubrey Graham footage.  Inspiring.  I'm gonna make it. .What I'm Thinking Right Now.

Everyday I wake up, release, brush my teeth before I talk to God, and watch/listen to something motivational.  Usually a speech or a compilation of successful people speaking their keys and ideas about success.  I felt like I couldn't keep all of this to myself because I do this for everyone & I want everyone to see what I see. Young Hov (literally) I feel like I'm almost at this stage in my life.  Closer to mine.  & by the grace of God and you all...WE can get anywhere.

Just thought I'd soak all of this new attention in.  I swear I'm over here just working hour to hour.  My phone is going crazy.  My mentions are just as silly.  FaceBook is a mess.  But all of this could get better.  #AlcoPotHead really worked a wonders for me.  Guess that says more about YALL than me. Haha...but yea I was robbed of over 220 of my songs on December 11, 2010.  Figured I couldn't take my music for granted anymore because I'll never hear some of MY favorite tracks again.  So I've learned to share.  Stay close.  Stay supportive.  Stay focused.  Love.
